Gerald(owner) was very professional and very cordial. They didn't blink twice at the chaos they encountered, they even answered mundane questions from my kids.

The workmanship met and exceeded my expectations. They earned their money. And I am one satisfied customer, definitely recommended!

I've used Rainbow to clean the carpets in my old office and they were great. Communication was timely and they were very professional. Rainbow Pro Carpet Cleaning came to clean my couch and I ended up asking for them to clean my carpets also. Not only did they make the time to get it done right then and there, but it was incredible how much of the stain they got out. These carpets are over 40 years old, meaning they had 40 years of animals, kids, and food stains and they look pretty much brand new now! I would have never in a million years thought it could look as good as it does. The bonus is that the company is great to work with and I will NEVER go anywhere else! Thank you Rainbow Pro!!!! We've had our sofa and armchairs for 6 years. They've gotten a little dingy looking, which we were used to. We've had other cleaners get out a few spots here and there, some more successful than others

However, these guys got our furniture SO clean it looks like new! It also FEELS new, no built up grime in the fabric at all. Sparkles!

In the midst of PCSing, my husband and I forgot to hire a carpet cleaner. We reached out to Rainbow Pro, and despite a two day heads up, and no availability, they created an earlier appointment for us out of their normal time slots. We were extremely grateful and relieved - their customer service is amazing. Two people arrived to clean our two bedroom, small hallway, and staircase. Their quote was the best one we received, and they even offered a 10% military discount. I would recommend Rainbow Pro 10x over!

Such great customer service ! Very prompt and friendly and definitely recommend using their services. Gave me the best price and also did a phenomenal job on the carpet and they were very quick and efficient. I had a few stains I was concerned about and they literally got all of them out and gave me even further confidence in my moving out inspection. My husband and I are very happy that we hired Rainbow Pro. Owner Jerry was professional and friendly from the very start--all the way from promptly answering my request for a quote (less than ten minutes), to providing me with all the necessary information about the services and costs, to scheduling an appointment within a week of our initial contact. Very accommodating! On the day of our appointment, they arrived right on time. The work was efficient and all clean up was done before they left. Happy with the work all the way around. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

We have used Rainbow Pro for an annual carpet deep clean and a move out deep clean plus couch cleaning. Both experiences were excellent. The owner is upfront, prompt, and professional. The 10% military discount was a nice bonus. Our carpets looked and felt brand new after both visits, and so did our 7 piece couch. Our neighbors were impressed with how good everything looked, and we were proud to show our house when we listed it. I highly recommend Rainbow Pro.

I submitted a request for a quote on Yelp but unfortunately got a lot of well-meaning but totally different responses from providers for all kinds of specs I didn't have and didn't want to try to gather. Jerry answered right away, was able to take the info I provided and give me an estimate which was fair because I've had the carpets cleaned many times. The catch was I needed it done immediately because my regular guys didn't respond. Jerry and his assistant showed up exactly on time, did exactly what I wanted done, charged me what he quoted, packed up and left. That's what everyone wants, right? Yes, I'll continue to use Jerry.

Amazing service! He was on time, courteous, professional and effective. He did a great job of cleaning couches and carpet alike. Like most couches, we had our share of liquid stains and all of that is gone. Our carpet stays relative-visible stain free, but our dogs invite their own brand of fun. His work passed the smell test, so I'm completely satisfied!
